£145per month
Bank reconciliation, purchase and sales ledgers, quarterly VAT if registered, and a profit and loss on the ninth.
£265per month

£420per month
Adds supplier statement reconciliation, multi-currency where needed, and a fortnightly rather than monthly close.

£26 + £4.80per payslip
Submission on or before the pay date, payslips issued to staff directly, starters and leavers handled, and a payment summary telling you exactly what to pay and when.
£26 + £2.60per payslip, per week
The same, four or five times a month. Practical for site work where hours come in on a Friday.
£18per month
Assessment each period, enrolment and opt-out processing, uploads to the scheme, and the re-enrolment exercise every three years.
£38per month
Subcontractor verification, deduction statements issued by the 19th, and the monthly return filed.
includedP60s by 31 May
P60s to every employee, benefits reported where we run them, and the class 1A figure given to you in June rather than the week it is due.
Once a year
Included in the monthly fee for limited company clients: reconciled control accounts, a fixed asset register, accruals and prepayments schedules, stock figure and a note of every judgement we made. Your accountant gets a file they can work from in a day.
Included where we keep the books. Filed five working days before the deadline with the payment figure sent to you at the same time. We will tell you if a different scheme — flat rate, cash accounting, annual accounting — would suit you better, once a year, in writing.
£190 for a straightforward return where we keep the books; £320 where we do not. Filed by the end of November so that the January payment is never a shock.
VAT registration £120, PAYE scheme £95, CIS £95. One-off, and only if you actually need them — we talk people out of registering for VAT early more often than into it.
